Toffy Ilagan (Gracie Barra Philippines) and Javier Mirelez (Purebred-Lloyd Irvin, Guam) meet in the finals of the absolute BLUE belt division after each winning the cruiserweight BLUE belt division and middleweight BLUE belt division respectively.
